Papaya, mango, squash, spinach and even can be a great source of beta carotene. These types of foods can help improve and maintain the health of your eyes.
Tip 3 – Drink lots of water
The skin around the eyes is very thin, and below is full of blood vessels. Drink plenty of water to prevent the swelling around the eyes. Do you know why our eyes get swollen from time to time? Our body has a defense mechanism, that every time you dry our bodies retain water, which caused the swelling. Drink at least eight glasses of water daily to help cleanse our bodies.
Tip 4 – Exercise Eye
Yes! There is also some form of exercise for the eyes. Exercise your eyes can provide enough oxygen and can function better. I even find the relaxation exercises. I find the time between work to close your eyes for 30 seconds and then I move my eyes around. I move my eyes from left to right and top to bottom. Another exercise I do to prevent vision is blurred to hold a pencil at arms length and slowly put it on the nose. Be sure to keep your eyes on the pencil.
Tip 5 – Avoid excessive massaged
Our eyes are one of the most sensitive parts of our body. The best thing that you should take care of your eyes is to prevent friction. This action will only make your eyes more upset. The best thing to do is blink. If any foreign material gets into your eyes, it is best to wash them with milk. Milk is a natural cleanser that does not irritate your eyes still.
Tip 6 – Use sunglasses
On sunny days I make sure I wear sunglasses when I go out in daylight. This will help to shield my eyes against the sun’s harmful rays. While you are at rest to help put cucumber slices or tea bags under the eyes. These can prevent dark circles and wrinkles appear around your eyes.
